If we are going to select a item from list box after selecting it, textbox will be enabled using java script. Suppose we didn't select any item means the textbox should be disabled.

I have this form that validates a few textboxes & a dropdownlist. And when it is not filled in, the border of the textboxes and dropdownlist would turn red, followed by an alert message notifying which field have not been filled in.Else, the border will revert back to black, and the form will be submitted successfully. i am trying to pass text from one select box to another select box. The logic is if 10 are added, no more passing must happen. Also if an item is already added, it mustn't be added again.I am using the for loop to check the existence of an item but it is not working: what am i doing wrong?

I'd like some direction on creating a small piece of Javascript that will populate my <select> boxes.Basically, I have a form for users to create events, with a start time and an end time. (These are the two select boxes).For example:

1) Have times populated in 15 minute incrementals from 12:00AM to 11:45PM

- scroll to the right automatically 1 item at a time
- when it reaches the end scroll all the way to the left
- When the user hovers over the slider itself or the arrow buttons all effects stop temporarily until they hover elsewhere
- In my code I only want clicking either of the arrows to move the slider left or right by 1 item rather than 4
- when it is at the far left the left arrow disppears temporarily
- when it is at the far right the right arrow disppears temporarily
