I am trying to place a Body Mass Index Calculator on a web page. I need a prompt box that asks the user to enter their weight and height (in pounds and inches, respectively). The box should calculate BMI as follows:BMI = (Weight / (Height * Height) ) * 703;After the BMI is calculated, I would like the box to display the user's status (obese, overweight, normal, underweight). After the user has entered all information, use the document.write function to display the following, with the customized information:
Height
Weight
BMI
Status
I am working on a calculator page for a clients site. I am using dreamweaver and form calculator made by Kaosr as behavior / plugins in dreamweaver. The way I have it set up is first the user enters some numbers in boxes, clicks a get refund now button and a div element appears with the answer. The whole calculator works..but I cant get the answer to appear in currency format. I've found tons of applets for javascript that change it into currency format upon clicking a button or clicking elsewhere on the page.. but none that automatically will make a text box display currency when the answer appears..

I'm trying to make a calculator app; with a few differences. I have a text field with a numberpad below it, I got the numbers to show up in the text field, but am unsure as to how when I hit the enter button - it would store them in a variable?...I am also wondering as to how it would store current value and then allow me to input another value(maybe on the next page) and either subtract or add to it(the first value that is stored).I am also wondering how to get a decimal point in place(need it for currency).

I have a simple form on my artwork website that allows a customer to enter a numer of prints and a number of colours and then calculates a price of the order (for their curiosity only - that is the end of the function).I have now changed the way I have priced my orders and want to make it so that, for instance, if a customer wants 2 prints it will be 150.00 (75 per print) but 3 prints will be 195.00 (65 per print) and so on the more they order. What I want to do is to add a list of prints from 1 to 10 with a radio button next to each. the user can then select 5 prints. The way my form works right now (see code below) is that the customer enters a numeric value and then the javascript takes the value and multiples by a pre-set "PrintAmount" value.Because that value is constant - I can't make multiples of prints different values (or can I ?) Heres my javascript (form below):

I have it set up so that there are three frames (frames and the use of javascript are encourage for practice) "bar" on the left with navigational options, "main" in the center where the body of the drill is presented, and "feedback" along the bottom where the feedback will appear.
My issue is that I have everything working except the form! I'm not sure how to make it so that upon clicking the submit button the feedback is presented in the "feedback" frame. This was suggested to me but isn't working, maybe I have a mistake somewhere? Or is there another way I can do this?

What happens is that when I click on a button, a random string from the RandomString variable appears below the button. e.g I click on the button and it displays 'AAB' and then if I click on the button again it may display 'AAE' and etc.
The problem is that sometimes it displays 'undefined'. I don't wanit 'undefined' to appear but why does it sometimes display 'undefined' rather than a Random string.

I searched high and low (Google!, amongst others) for anything that would be close to what I need, to no avail.
