Make A Button That Will Check A Radio Button Then Open A Page In A New Frame

I have it set up so that there are three frames (frames and the use of javascript are encourage for practice) "bar" on the left with navigational options, "main" in the center where the body of the drill is presented, and "feedback" along the bottom where the feedback will appear.
My issue is that I have everything working except the form! I'm not sure how to make it so that upon clicking the submit button the feedback is presented in the "feedback" frame. This was suggested to me but isn't working, maybe I have a mistake somewhere? Or is there another way I can do this?

I am a PHP programmer and new to Javascript and jQuery and I have tried about 20 examples/tutorials and cannot seem to get even close to what I want.I have a form (PHP/MySQL) with a list of subjects I got from my database, and then create a set of radio buttons from that list. And based on what radio button they select, I need to pass that variable to a div (at least that's what I want to use) and then show a list of videos that match the radio buttons value. I don't care if its a get or post or other.I tried to use GET or POST so I can use that value for my PHP/MySQL lists.I am open to any suggestions/tutorials, etc.

I�m trying to create a website page which includes a list with three radio buttons. There is a PDF file associated with each radio button. The PDF files are on my computer and have not been uploaded.When the user makes his or her choice, then clicks on �open PDF file�, I want the PDF file associated with that choice to open. How does one do this? Below is the code used to try to do this, but it does not work. (The javascript functions were copied from the internet).

I have some code that runs when a radio button is clicked (and thereby selected) but the problem I am having is that when I refresh the page, the radio button is still selected, but the associated code does not run. How can I check to see if a radio button is selected in this situation so that I can apply the appropriate code?

I've been having problems trying to figure this out and my nooby skills can only go so far... :)Basically I have a page that allows a user to select a specific category which links them to another page that has a series of radio buttons. By default I want to have that category checked according to what they selected.I've been able to pass the category variable with no problem but can't get it to default check...So far my Javascript looks like this:

So I have a dropdown box and when a certain option is pressed will show other fields... if not they stay hidden. However, I also need it to check a radio button that should remain showing.

is it possible to make a checkbox dependent on a radio button choice? For instance in the code below, if someone were to choose the radio button with the value "admin", the checkbox value "full" (user_admin_f) would automatically be checked?

I'm basically making a form for a class and have to make it so the user can enter their mailing address or e-mail. I can make the Javascript identify errors such as missing fields, but I wan't the purpose of my radio buttons to be so that the user does not have to enter all fields depending on which radio button they select. Here is all of the code I have so far, in a basic sense that this will identify missing fields.

my group of radio buttons are named "scheme". I have tried this from a few angles but can't crack it. Ideally I'd like to use input:radio[value:yes]. It's already a required value due to the JQuery validation plugin, and I simply need it to make the other field visible when yes is clicked on.

Need a script which selects a second radio button when the first radio button in the pair is clicked with the second button greyed/disable but still displaying the selection.

I am trying to produce a web form to allow wedding guests to RSVP. The form allows them to enter a name and select from a radio button whether they will be attending or not. If they select the "yes" radio button then a further pair of radio buttons are displayed for their meal preference.
They can then click a submit button or they can click another button to add another line for another guest which operates in exactly the same way. I've almost got this working, but it seems that the checkbox change handler is lost for the current guest when a new guest is added and the checkbox value is reset. I've got a feeling I'm doing something stupid but can't for the life of me figure out what.

Im trying to make a back button that reloads the previous page the user was at.
The back button will be on a small top frame and the page that needs to be controlled will be in the main frame.
The top frame is just a navigation system, and all pages will be loaded in the main frame.
Im trying to use this Code:

I am sure this is simple, but I am simple when it comes to Javascript - meaning pretty much new. I have a place on my site that has a drop down box, with multiple options listed in them. I want the user to be able to select an option in the dropdown box and then hit the submit button. They would then get taken to the page that is mapped to the user selected value in the field.

So I made a form with 2 radio buttons. Each buttons have a text field...I made it so when you click on one radio button the other would grayed out:

Anyways this works...But here is where I'm stuck:
When I load or refresh the page it is defaulted(checked) on the first radio button which is Email...but the JS script won't work until I click on the other so when not interacted they are both writeable.....
How can I have it defaulted to email and have the mail grayed out at page load or refresh?

I've learned HTML and CSS pretty thoroughly.I think I have most of the Javascript basics down as far as definitions, but I'm getting hung up on the actual coding.I'm working on an information request form for my fiancee's business site. In it, I want to have options that users select via radio buttons. Rather than having additional input fields static on the page, I would like to program some of the radios, when clicked, to open a previously unseen option where users will then be able to type in the necessary information.More specifically, since she only works in two states, I want a third option of "other," which,when opened, will allow the user to input any other state.Then, should the radio be deselected or reset, the field would disappear again.
If my understanding is correct, I think I will need to use a javascript function in the header, an HTML "div" section with ID, "onclick" and "offclick" events in the button mark-up, and the specific javascript code to call the function (getElementById?).

When radio button "Owner_Regular_driver_the_same" = "yes" (select by default) then "Regular_driver_name" and "Regular_driver_ID_nr" must be disabled as per code in the script but after the page have been load the "Regular_driver_name" and "Regular_driver_ID_nr" is not disabled.
When click on "yes" radio button "Owner_Regular_driver_the_same" which is selected by default then the "Regular_driver_name" and "Regular_driver_ID_nr" fields are diabled.
