I have a four buttons in the page and I want when I click on one of the buttons, contents of div tag are displayed in one place of page. and when I clicked another button, contents of another div tag are displayed insame place of page and previous dive is hide. I prefer divs are displayed with an effect.I am a novice in jquery.Is it possible show me solution with an example?

I am successful in achieving that but my problem is that these div elements are showing up in different places of the page. How I can make these div tags replace each other at the same place.

I know that I could do it via css but what is important after clicking on a specific movie it will display like that code...

I'm trying to set up a page that has one big image slider that displays a set of images by default. Then underneath this there are links for more galleries, and when you click on them they load right there in the big image slider. I don't want these links to go to a new page. There are dozens of files involved in this particular problem, so I think the best way to go about solving it is to test - in run time - if my js file is already in place on the page, do nothing - otherwise call it. This is pseudo that I have monkeying around with but it's not working.

I would like the page to not refresh and jump to the top of the page after they submit there answer. So on questions that use radio buttons I have been using

I hired a programmer to develop a drag and drop system for my blog. The user should be able to browse one of my blog entries and click, drag and drop an image from my entry to a fixed bottom bar on that page.The problem we are facing is that when dragging an image, it wont place it on the bottom bar until the whole page is scrolled down to the bottom of the page. what it does is that it hide and show a panel by slidint it to the left.But my client want that on page load the panel opens automatically for about 2-3 seconds just to let users know that its here. But when the panel finished showing the button to open it again doesn't work.

Clearing the cache, clearing cookies, etc, does not allow the problem to be reproduced a second time.On first page load, the slideshow briefly flashes what look like 'broken image' icons, before loading images properly.
