Image Zoom - Using MySql To Pull Out Images?

I am coming to the end of creating my website, and want to incorporate something like the link shown below:-

You can see here that there is a large image and 3 smaller images, and the user can hover over the image to zoom into it.
My website is currently at this stage, see below:-

As you can see i have not yet incorprated the image zoom.
The images are being pulled from a database so i would want to be able to click on the different thumbnails and fill the large image box with the selected image, and also have the option to hover over to zoom..

I was not happy with the zoom scripts that I found on the net, so I wrote one myself, or one that simulates it. It has become an extremely simple one, and can be seen in action here (function toggleZoom). Click the images to zoom in and click to zoom out again.However, only the images with an initial width of >= 100 pixels will zoom out again. The ones width an initial width of < 100 (nrs. 4, 5 and 7) won't. Why is that, and how do I solve it?

I have seen a website that has a great image zoom function and would like to be able to add this function to my website. I'm afraid my Javascript isn't very good. where I can get a script to do this or how else if there is some free software that could do it? The webpage is: http:[url].....On this page if you click on Zoom on the left another image comes up on the right and when you mouse over the square on the left image it zooms the right image.

I've been advised that the only way to accomplish this is via some hand-coded javascript, at which I'm a complete noob, so hopefully someone here might be able to steer me in the right direction.I have a listings page which displays results using images and text which are stored in a MySQL database, all is working fine. The images are pulled into the page from the database and each listing can have up to a maximum of 10 images. Some will have all 10, some probably one or two, so the page is coded such that if there's an image in the field, it displays a thumbnail, if there isn't then it shoves a " " in instead.The results page has one main photo (image 1) and then a series of thumbnails (images 2-10) below it and I need to be able to set this up so that when someone clicks on image 2 it shows the full-size version of that image in the div where image1 sits, and the same for however many remaining images there are.
So my question is, how easy it is to do this with javascript and does anyone have any idea how to code it?The main photo sits in a div whose id is "mainphoto" the remainder all sit in a div whose id is "thumbpix".

I am trying to use AJAX to pull back mysql table information. I tried to alter an example I found (w3 schools) where they showed how use a selection table to pull a specific line out of a mysql table, using the "q" (not really sure if the "q" character is important or not). xmlhttp.open("GET","xxxxxxx.php?q="+str,true) I follow what they were doing there, but I want to pull the entire table back not just specific lines. (So I got rid of the Q)
Here is a snipit of HTML. The showdata function is part of the testpull.js code. You click the button and it should run the javascript to pull back the entire table and place it in the "placedata" div section.

I have a html code, where can be some number of columns and rows with images. Exactly in this example I have 3 x 2 images. There is a fnc setImages() which set s the image to thumbnail. Size of thumbnail depends on count of columns or rows with images. Next I need I need to zoom the image on mouse over.URL...Normally, if you have the html output displayed over whole screen, you should see three images in one line and three images in second line. These are testing images, so they are a little more bigger then the mine one, but usualy x or y size of image is not bigger then 250 px. When you go with mouse cursor over image, the image should Zoom, for example 150% for one side.

I have several images that I want to link from different pages but I also want to have the ability to zoom in and out on the images. My initial thought was to build HTML pages for each image with the zoom function added to each page but thought there would be an easier way so here is my question: Can I create a page with the zoom function and an empty DIV and have the links from other pages open a new window and load the image into the div? I have something similar using iFrames but am wanting to avoid frames if possible.

On google maps I have several hundred markers for different countries and cities across the globe. It is just not practical to navigate through several hundred markers therefore I would like my browser to auto navigate to predefined multiple latitudes and longtitudes or cities, once the navigation for predefined cities completes, the navigation loop carries on. Also for certain cities or latitude / longitude can we set zoom level so when the browser is auto navigating it zooms in and zooms out for predefined cities. Is this possible, here is the code that I am using.

Can someone tell me why the image isn't zoomed all the way to its max when clicked on? You have to click on the zoomed image to get it to its max dimensions. Why does it do this and how do I fix it so it will max out in a separate window when you click on the thumb? Code:

I want text links to swap the image on the website, but then want to allow a zoom function or lightbox function to the image that appears. I have got some code working below which creates a nice effect when shopping on a website. Basically i have a large image, and 4 thumbnails below, when i hover over the thumbnails the main image changes to match etc..Now i would expect this to work, but i dont know how to change the JS at the top of the page to match my requirements? The JS at the top is also selecting images 2,12,11 and 13, but again i want this to be linking to my table from database..

What I'm looking to do is have a folder of images that I have show up on my website.I'm also looking to pull from this folder up to 6 or 7 times on the same page w/ randomized pictures that do not repeat.Finally, I'm looking to be able to size and name these images based on which image randomly pulls. b/c it's not grabbing the images.

I am trying to make different images hover over a table of sliced images when you mouse over a particular image. ex. mouse over image 1 = have image 1.1 hover over entire table of images in spot A; mouse over image 2 = have image 2.2 hover over entire table of images in spot B....ect. what i have so far only allows me to mouse over image 1 and have image 1.1 hover over entire table in spot A. Any time i try to move forward with more div's on other images it just jacks everything up.

I am in the process of developing a website. I would like to use some images. The image should zoom on mouse over and mouse click i.e the image should zoom to h:100*W:100 on mouse over and on mouse click it should be zoomed to h:1000*w:1000. i used setTimeout() function in my image gallery to scroll images , i used setTimeout("myfunction()",1) in my script. Now my image gallery is working properly but problem is that the speed of scrolling images if normal in firefox, but in internet explorer it is slow, and in google chrome it is very fast , Sir how to resolve this problem
