Link Images From Different Pages With Zoom In / Out

I have several images that I want to link from different pages but I also want to have the ability to zoom in and out on the images. My initial thought was to build HTML pages for each image with the zoom function added to each page but thought there would be an easier way so here is my question: Can I create a page with the zoom function and an empty DIV and have the links from other pages open a new window and load the image into the div? I have something similar using iFrames but am wanting to avoid frames if possible.

I was not happy with the zoom scripts that I found on the net, so I wrote one myself, or one that simulates it. It has become an extremely simple one, and can be seen in action here (function toggleZoom). Click the images to zoom in and click to zoom out again.However, only the images with an initial width of >= 100 pixels will zoom out again. The ones width an initial width of < 100 (nrs. 4, 5 and 7) won't. Why is that, and how do I solve it?

I have a html code, where can be some number of columns and rows with images. Exactly in this example I have 3 x 2 images. There is a fnc setImages() which set s the image to thumbnail. Size of thumbnail depends on count of columns or rows with images. Next I need I need to zoom the image on mouse over.URL...Normally, if you have the html output displayed over whole screen, you should see three images in one line and three images in second line. These are testing images, so they are a little more bigger then the mine one, but usualy x or y size of image is not bigger then 250 px. When you go with mouse cursor over image, the image should Zoom, for example 150% for one side.

I need to do an application similar with google maps but using jquery. i need to navigate into a set of images using left/right/up/down and zoom in/out. Do you have any idea about how can I do that? A link, tutorial , anything is useful.

I am coming to the end of creating my website, and want to incorporate something like the link shown below:-

You can see here that there is a large image and 3 smaller images, and the user can hover over the image to zoom into it.
My website is currently at this stage, see below:-

As you can see i have not yet incorprated the image zoom.
The images are being pulled from a database so i would want to be able to click on the different thumbnails and fill the large image box with the selected image, and also have the option to hover over to zoom..

On google maps I have several hundred markers for different countries and cities across the globe. It is just not practical to navigate through several hundred markers therefore I would like my browser to auto navigate to predefined multiple latitudes and longtitudes or cities, once the navigation for predefined cities completes, the navigation loop carries on. Also for certain cities or latitude / longitude can we set zoom level so when the browser is auto navigating it zooms in and zooms out for predefined cities. Is this possible, here is the code that I am using.

I am using jQuery with a Brightpearl website, except on one of our pages, (edit your address book page), the slideshow images, instead of fading one into the other as it should, decide to tile over the top of the page and don't fade at all. The input boxes show through, but not the submit button, so it renders the page useless.

I'm searching for code for hide link in all over my site pages, it could be java script or anything.For example; when a visitors enter my site then when he first click to any link or anywhere in the page including blank white section of the page then automatically load another link in new tab (not new window) for one time only, this site using same thing what I'm wanting. i would like to use a small form to be placed in my website to do the following:
using a text field and a go button:
if user input is: "value a", go to "page a"
if user input is: "value b", go to "page b"
and so forth, if no value matches, go to "page c"
i saw a similar example using radio button but i could not modify it successfully to use text field

Am trying to disable the links for my drop down menu, just the parent links because there is no page for the parent links only the drop down. I dreamweaver I simply used a hash in my code but now am in wordpress and this is not possible.. gave me the code

how to detect firefox before let the user in some guys just disable javascript and went in I finding solution i think of it but i dun know the code not sure is it working Script that allow the browser to check weather javascript is ON if not cannot grant access to the page . Another thing is by using a image means when i enter the site it will show a image i will need to click it before it enter the content of the pages i think that a javascript code i seen it somewhere else about months ago.

I have seen a website that has a great image zoom function and would like to be able to add this function to my website. I'm afraid my Javascript isn't very good. where I can get a script to do this or how else if there is some free software that could do it? 1. Load the first page of a series of pages into an iframe when you click a link
2. On each click load the next in order page
3. When last page has loaded if clicked again will start from the beginning.
What I am doing: I am creating a tutorial for a friend who cannot figure out how to use her new rental management program. I could use a manual slide show to have her click for the next image however, there are a LOT of tutorial images which show her what to do at that point. Her program contains a great number of setup screens, report screens etc. This means the slide show would be sitting there loading all these images before it will work. So, I figured, OK make a page with an iframe, and then I could put each image on it's own little page i.e. page1, page2 etc. Place a little button, or a next link, then have the link load the pages into the iframe in order.

We would like to create a new website and have that do some dynamic things based on login id. First all we would like to send you do a different home page based on this information, it might be one of several companies. This may also be tied to what URL you clicked but not necessarily. The second thing we would like to do is display only the products that you are eligible for based on your login information. We would like to use images as a link here and if you can sell one product you get one image or maybe bypass and go directly to that section, but if you can sell two or more then those images as links show up as available.
The final thing we want to do is to populate the top 3 or so items you perform on the site as quick links. After all that, are there tools or items I should study to accomplish this task? I'm not sure if I need to mix in some sort of third party analytical tool with the asp.net site or what. The only other thing that I think we can do with ajax is have them say enter a a vehicle identification number and without looking like a screen reload use ajax to show the additional information such as year make and model that are decoded from the vin, but I'm just starting to look into this.

I have a popup window which is a slideshow of about 7 images. When the
popup window loads, the first image is present and then the viewer can
select next or previous to scroll through the rest of the images.
I'd like to use the same popup window at different points throughout
the website and have the Virtual Tour (slideshow) open up at the
appropriate photos. Meaning I'd like to control which picture the
popup window opens up to, depending on where the user is in the site.
Does anyone know where I can find code that does this? I am somewhat
familiar with Javascript but would like to find some ready-made code
which accomplishes this.

I coded the following JavaScript:

I'm trying to open a div that holds several images when the user clicks on a link. Each clicked link will open the div and display a specific pic. Plus each time a link is clicked the div should close before opening the div with the appropriate pic. Since I'm new to jquery I'm a bit lost on this one.

Catching <a> link click - Fancy Box I have an example here of the simple image gallery I'm working with. The thumbnails are loaded from an XML and are linked to larger images. untitled I want to use Fancy box Fancybox - Fancy lightbox alternative to show the larger images. I have fancy box working on other sites but can't get it to work here. In an attempt to work out why it's not working I tried to capture the click on the <a> link, but that won't work.
