Set The Variables In The Js Script To Stop It Stretching The Images?

have created ecommerce site in zen 1.3.9h using a template by bling themes called "digital shop". sadly we cannot get any support. I have image handler 2 installed.my slider is producing blurry images and i need to know how to set the variables in the js script to stop it stretching the images. please view my problem.[url].....my pictures in other areas of the site are perfect and resolution is acceptable. i am sure that problems are due to slider.I found two JavaScript files that control the slider, they are in my - storeincludes emplatesdigitalshopjscript

I have an image stretched to fit as the page background in a DIV and the page content inside a seperate DIV. When you mouseover the links, the background changes to represent each link (as does the color of the link... but that is working fine). Trouble is, the images that are being pulled aren't fullsized as the main background is... it is being cut off by some code I can't figure out and isn't resizing.Here is the code...

I'm using a little javascript script I came across for a simple slideshow and it works great. However I want it to stop rotating images when it comes to the end of the slideshow and just stay on the last image. Is there a simple way to edit this to tell it to do that?
I run a webcam streaming site, and has a gallery of images saved every hour every 24 hours, the thumbnails dont seem to change much (?) so wondered if there was a way to stop caching using a javascript . . . script? This is what im dealing with:
A small problem has come up and I'm and I'm not sure how to resolve it. The problem is I do not want my images to preload in an image gallery on one page. [URL]. The images in the gallery you can see are preloading. How can I stop them from preloading? What would I need to do? I just need them to load whenever the user clicks on one. I have a DIV menu bar that I want to stretch 100% in height. It worked perfectly fine until I added the XHTML doctype. So I tried absolute positioning which worked but then my other divs started overlapping them.So I want to know if there is any javascript code to make my menu bar stretch vertically. The name of the div I want to stretch is the class "sidemenu".
I have some image data in a Javascript variable, and I want to display it. I have a technique which works in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer :

I understand that this should work in Javascript 1.2 and above, which supports null characters in strings. Does anyone know why this doesn't work in Internet Explorer?
I'm kind of new to Javascript. I was trying to do this in HTML, but I was pointed in the direction of Javascript. I've found multiple examples of variable sending, but I can't seem to find one that I can easily change to send an image. I've got image [URL]. I want to send from examplesite.com/page.htm to examplesite.com/page2.htm. I want to make the variable named AxeOfPrecision. This may be a simple thing in Javascript.

I have a program written in Javascript and fully functioning which takes a user-selected directory name and then displays all the photos in that directory in a certain format.
I am now wanting to expand the program to allow users to optionally enter their own strings and the program will use all the photos from www.flickr.com which use that string as a tag.
I have a PHP interface to flickr (called PHPflickr) which collects all the relevant photo urls. I now need to get these images back into my Javascript so I can process them using the existing functions (rather than rewrite all my functions in PHP code and have two sets of functions in the program). What I'm looking to do is have a folder of images that I have show up on my website.I'm also looking to pull from this folder up to 6 or 7 times on the same page w/ randomized pictures that do not repeat.Finally, I'm looking to be able to size and name these images based on which image randomly pulls. b/c it's not grabbing the images.
I have to do a slideshow with images of different widths... am using cycle plugin, which I like very much... I need to refresh multiple images on my site. So every time the page gets refreshed the images need to change. It worked fine with the script below, but this is only related to 1 image

I am trying to make different images hover over a table of sliced images when you mouse over a particular image. ex. mouse over image 1 = have image 1.1 hover over entire table of images in spot A; mouse over image 2 = have image 2.2 hover over entire table of images in spot B....ect. what i have so far only allows me to mouse over image 1 and have image 1.1 hover over entire table in spot A. Any time i try to move forward with more div's on other images it just jacks everything up.
Iīve just launch my website-portfolio, well itīs not yet the final version but it is almost and despite I am satisfied with the final result Iīve detected a really strange bug that only happens sometimes. The thing is when the first introduction Slide appears (the one with the hand-made drawings), sometimes the images shrink from the normal size to small tiny images. This doesnīt happen always and if you refresh the page it disappears.

I am working on a small gadget which downloads a series of images from the web and displays the images in a loop. However i am having trouble saving the xmlhttprequest to a file to use later in an array. I have read that it should be easy to save the .png using Scripting.filesystemobject but have been unable to find any information on how to do it.
i used setTimeout() function in my image gallery to scroll images , i used setTimeout("myfunction()",1) in my script. Now my image gallery is working properly but problem is that the speed of scrolling images if normal in firefox, but in internet explorer it is slow, and in google chrome it is very fast , Sir how to resolve this problem
I prefer jQuery over flash and not sure how to tackle this, so please advise as best you can. Trying to create a site that allows for images to go full browser and then have the ability to have the other images slide in based on a click.
I also want to float a menu that will allow it to pull in other media (video, that would slide in the same way).
