Multiple Validations - Check To Make Sure All Questions Have Been Answered Upon Clicking Submit

I have a form script that is made up of Text boxes, radio buttons, and drop down boxes. What I am wanting to happen is upon clicking submit at bottom of form, it should run a check to make sure all questions have been answered. So far it catches all the text boxes, but it's not catching the radio buttons or drop down boxes.. I have all of this under 1 form name ( is this where my problem is located? do I need to seperate into different form names based on type?) I am not wanting the answer given too me ( at least not yet ). I have done a search for multiple types of validation. But nothing seemed to clcik... Also Do I need another validation set up point for the Month, Date, year Drop down boxes?

I have a large form that I would like it to check if there are any check boxes that are checked, if there are then open the divs attached to them. I have this working off of an onclick event but it's not working on load. so I have a button that makes a table appear absolutely(dynamically), and I was wondering how would I go about making it disappear once I made it appear.
I have a php form and it has 3 submit buttons namely "delete" , "update_quantity" and "place_order".They all work fine but I want to build in a check for each one just in case the user click one of the buttons by mistake.So Each one must have a different message like for delete it must be, "Are you sure you want to delete Record nr ......" OK or Cancle. And for update " Are you sure you want to update Quantity to....." OK or Cancle.
I have a code that I got from a tutorial website. The goal is when someone clicks the first check box with the value of yes then the two other sets of check boxes will autmatically be checked for no.
The issue is their are three sets of 2 check boxes each.

So Ideally when a representative clicks that the customer has three services (clicks the Yes checkbox) all the other checkboxes will default to No.
How I would change the above javascript to do this.
I'm trying to create a demo to display a new way of showing our data.I thought I remembered this being pretty simple but I'm hitting a snag. The table, the mouse over, and the check row by clicking on the row all work separately but when the check row by clicking function is on, seen in the first row, the checkbox stops working.
I'm trying to make a simple IQ test using javascript and forms that allows me to calculate the questions answered correctly and give the user a message box with the results. I had it working but now can't seem to get it to work anymore.

Also, before when I had it working I couldn't get it to tell me that I had got the textbox questions correctly even when I had.
When the user type something in text box, and press enter, it will submit the form data to test2.jsp, even without pressing submit form button. This is not what I want, I want to submit the form only when the user press the submit button.....
I have a form with about 10 fields, and the action is sent to a php file which processes the form. Now, I also like to use a Thickbox such that the user can preview the page before actually submitting it to the process.php. That means, I have one submit button and one href, which href links to an iFrame thickbox to preview the page. My problem is that I don't know how to obtain the input values in the iFrame, without user clicking on submit (rather i want to get the values through href). something like the preview on this forum, except I want it on thickbox.

Can someone tell me what I need in my code to have to subscribe/unsubscribe appear and disappear as it does at [URL].
How would I make an normal form input field go from editable (where someone can write text into it) to solid text (not editable) simply by clicking anywhere on the page away from the field And then.. ..the reverse. Clicking on the non-editable text would suddenly create a form field (with that text in it) once again editable. Possible with JavaScript?
What I want to do is make a link appear after a user clicks a link, which would make a new tab open. So basically, the user clicks the link and it opens in a new tab, and back on the website a link appears.

Is using the real form submit button a problem in any way? Can it actaully send a form when a person uses 'enter' in a text field. When I use this submit, it triggers my validation which is great.

However this way doesn't seem to trigger my validation although It may solve the above form send problem (if that realy exists). How do I get it to act the same as real submit so it will trigger validation like onsubmit above?

How can I make a link or banner to be hidden after x clicks on it? And if possible to count only different IP clicks? Like if 30 users click on the banner and it is no longer shown in the site, unless I put some more clicks for it.
