The function add() works just fine. But, the total1() didn't any change. So, can anyone help me and tell me what are the mistakes,please.

I need a count down clock that will count down 18 minutes and reset itself at the end. also i need a counter that increases by +1 every 18 minutes starting at 0.

I get values for start_time, end_time and semester, but not the last two values. I noticed that the first two forms here are dynamically generated from Ajax.
How can I pass the values of these two selected menus to the third form, to process.php so the values can be retrieved?
I have written the following javascript code using Ajax.After successful login, the page should navigate to index.html. It works perfectly in all IE versions. But i didn't worked in Firefox.In place of setTimeout( function(){ window.location=url; },10);, i tried all the following but there is no effect.
1) window.location directly with timeout
2)window.location.href.
3) kept sleep function to sleep for 1,2 seconds
but when i removed the set timeout and placed alert, it successfully navigated to new page in firefox.
I have basic JS knowledge. I am trying to organize a JS timer which counts down to a specific date. After the target date is meet the timer starts to count up. Can someone point me to a JS sample which executes this count-down+target-date+then-count-up theme?

i have some regular html form with few inputs (text). all the form parameters are sending to asp.net page that handling the data (by parameters) and thats work fine. I also have one checkbox that need to send true if it checked or false if didn't checked. all the sulotions i found on the internet is to check if the user is checked one of few checkbox or if the user checked at all, and can't find what i need, which is to send true / false parameter after clicking the SEND btn.

I managed to create the portal where this information is displayed.But I just need to add some kind of alert where the call has been on hold for about 20 seconds. Is there a way I can do this. The problem is if amount is blank it can't add it -- how can I change it that if it is blank it should treat it as 0?
