I am trying to redirect the user to different URLs using HTML radio buttons and the Javascript getElementById, but it the value seems to only remain with the 1st item.

I'm not one for making my own scripts, so not quite sure about the best way to go about doing this. I've got a form with 2 different sets of radio buttons. Upon submitting, I'd like to redirect the user to a certain page, based on the selections they made among the radio buttons.

The donation amount is then passed over to a secure credit card entry page, hosted by a 3rd party merchant.I can set up all the pre-defined radio buttons to correctly pass on the donation amount to the credit card page, but I cannot figure out how to work the "other" radio button amount.

I'm trying to create a questionnaire style series of radio buttons which are hidden and then a different set of radio buttons displayed depending on the previous answer. eg
Q1 Is it a man? (if select yes then display)
Q2 Is he called John? (if no then display)
Q3 Is he called Gary? and so on...

I'm trying to create a group of radio buttons that enable user to select whether to maintain the current image, remove the image or upload a new image. If user selects maintain the current image or remove the image, the upload field will be disabled, when user select upload a new image, the upload field will be enable. I have a html form that uses javascript for validation, this is an assignment that consists of a form that sells hard drives from three different manufacturers, more specifically the part im stuck on is where if a manufacturer hoes have a number in the number of drives textbox, javascript needs to check to see that one of the radio buttons in that row is checked, if no radio button is checked

This seems to work perfectly across all browsers except for IE (latest version).
In IE the only problem is that the radio buttons have to lose focus before the span will change to visible. I would like the "specify" field to display immediately after the radio button changes to yes, rather than waiting for the buttons to lose focus.

Here's what I'm trying to do:
Question 1: if Yes, then (Alert 1) if No, then (Alert 2) (if Yes, then Question 2 appears) *Up to here I'm happy- can't figure out the rest*

I need the Alerts to be swapped from this point*

The problem I'm having is that if a radio button is checked and one clicks on it again then the onclick event is triggered.

I want my radio buttons to become submit buttons as well. So when a user clicks on a radio button it submits the action and refreshes the page accordingly. As of now using only using onclick="this.form.submit()" the page only refreshes with no change. Here is a copy of the entire form. It is a custom shipping options form (I did not create it).

right now im using a percent bar to redirect the page when all buttons are clicked but i want a more efficient way of doing the redirect there will be a total number of buttons on my page, for examply 5 every time one is clicked, is there a possible way of subtracting 1 and when buttons = 0 the page redirects

if user from APAC then page2.html,
if user from Other region then page3.html
I am currently building a site with a landing page. I would like to add a cookie or some kind of script that detects if the user is returning and skips the homepage to go straight into the site whenever they return.
It would be good if I could apply this script to multiple pages with different names.
Cookies are not my forte so I don't know where to start looking. Googling hasn't done much for me so far, can anyone point me in the direction of a page that explains how to do this?!
