I have a script that has several links and when you rollover the link it changes a main picture to be view as an image. But, when you no longer mouse over the link, it switches back to the default image.
I'd like for the last link that was rolled over to stay enlarged as the main pic until you roll over a different link.

I am looking for a way to put all CSS values on my selected elements back to its default. I was wondering if anyone has maybe done this before and if not has any idea's to get me started.
The idea is that when I use for example:
The elements within .setDefault will return to its default font/color/height/width etc... so basically all posible values.

I use an OnClick to switch the image but the if else statement just doent let me switch back to the original image, i not sure where i have gone wrong...

I have just inherited a website which has a javascript tab and picture fader on the home page. This moves through 6 states changing a tab and main picture beneath to make it look like you're flicking through the menu yourself. This works perfectly, apart from the fact that every time the picture changes the page flicks back to the top. Very annoying if you are reading things further down! My problem: after clicking "Estado 1" the sentence "Estado 2" is showed, but not as a link but as plain text..

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a main menu at the top of each page of my site and on one single page a Coda Slider. To reach each different slide you need just #1. #2 etc from within the Coda page, but to get to it from a different location you need www.sitename/pagename/#1
Now I cant have both versions in the menu. So is there a way to add some script, just to the single Coda Slider page and get it find each of the links (I can add a class to them) and remove the link up to the # tag, so the link would then just be #1 and would correctly use the Coda slider panels.

I need the page to detect which "sub" is being displayed and change the style of that particular link so the user can see which is the active link.
For instance - When the page loads, by default, all subs are hidden except sub1 which is today's content - So when the page loads, I want the "Today" link to be styled differently to the rest... However, if they then go on to click "Tomorrow" - as well as changing the content like it already does, I need it to also switch the style of the link from the "Today" link to the "Tomorrow" link.
I am trying to disable the back button but when I do it by calling a JS function on "onunload", I get default messages that I need to suppress. This is primarily in Firefox.

I have a div that opens dynamically, with jQuery, thus

this #extra-info div can open on top of any of the divs I hide & show dynamically on the page; but I do need the current div to stay when I close #extra-div (which is positioned absolutely and floats on top of all other content), not go back to default div.. I don't understand why it hides current div and goes back to default div when I close this #extra-div..

This page (and others on the site) use javascript to show/hide some divs in order to have a tab-like interface.
Is there any way to link to this page with the "Past Events" div showing as the default? Right now you can see that "Coming Events" shows on page load. And that's the way we want it most of the time.
But there are places in the site where I'd like to link specifically to this page with the "Past Events" div showing on page load.code...
I'm trying to set a cookie when a user clicks a hyper link.
Do you think I should prevent the default behavior of pressing a link first, and then set the cookie?
Or could I just set the cookie on a hyper link click event, and hope the client sets the cookie, before they are directed to another page.

But the problem is, the images start at full opacity when the page loads, and I want them to either a) start from 0.3 or even better b) fade in to 0.3 from 0.

If you quickly run your mouse over and then off of the hover area, without letting the animate() function complete, the handlerOut() functions don't fire correctly.

Is there a way to make a spry horizontal menu panel drop down after being clicked, instead of rolled over? I have tried modifying lines 142-143, 364-366, and 470 of my js code, with no success. I attached my code in a Word file in order to highlight code changes I made to make them easier to find. I kept the original code, just commented them out.
