Program A Set Of Radio Buttons To Automatically Fill In?

i have the following form:
<form id="form1" name="form1" method="post" action="results.php">
<table width="680" border="0" align="center" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="5">
<tr>
<td colspan="5"><strong>How much would you pay for X? </strong></td>

what i want to do is, if the user clicks No for for any input (p1 through p5), then I want all the other inputs below to automatically fill in with No as well. Similarly, if the user clicks Yes for any answer, I want all the inputs above that answer to fill in with Yes.
i'd also like to know how, if input 1 is a set of radio buttons, and one of them is selected, you can use that result to fill in input 2 in a certain way.

I'm trying to create a questionnaire style series of radio buttons which are hidden and then a different set of radio buttons displayed depending on the previous answer. eg
Q1 Is it a man? (if select yes then display)
Q2 Is he called John? (if no then display)
Q3 Is he called Gary? and so on...
I've been testing using the code below but wondered if anyone had any ideas on how this could be done easily?

I'm trying to get a radio button validation for different sets of radio buttons that simply contains Yes & No buttons.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
Question 1: if Yes, then (Alert 1) if No, then (Alert 2) (if Yes, then Question 2 appears) *Up to here I'm happy- can't figure out the rest*
Question 2: if Yes, then (Alert 1) if No, then (Alert 2) (if Yes, then Question 3 appears)
I need the Alerts to be swapped from this point*
Question 3: if Yes, then (Alert 2) if No, then (Alert 1) (if NO, then Question 4 appears)
Identical for Question 5, and for Last Question 6 Alerts swapped back again.)

I'm quite a newbie at Javascript. I have a calculation form with 3 textboxes and the answer label. It's to calculate wire mesh and the first two textboxes can be the same value. What i want to do is use javascript to automatically populate the 2nd textbox with whatever the user enters into the first. Then if needed the user can change the value in that 2nd textbox.

I am developing a site with Dreamweaver CS3 and have a little knowledge of HTML.
I need a solution for the following:
Visitors can come to my site through a referrer for ex: [url]
The referrers information (cesar017) should be prefilled automatically in a form field on another page than the index page. This means the visitor first can look around on the other pages of the site and then go to the page with the form.
I dont use a database at this moment, I only want a certain field automatically prefilled with the referrers info from the URL for ex : <input type= hidden -or text- name= partner id= partner value= ""/> In this case the field should have the value=cesar017
I understood this can be solved with Javascript or PHP and cookies, but I nearly dont know anything about this and Dreamweaver has not automated this function.

I have a form with 10 input text fields. In those fields the user has to put some values by typing them, but the user has those values in a excel file. Is any possibility to implement a copy/paste in order to help user complete all those fields automatically? What other choices do I have?

I have a set of radio buttons each with an onclick event that has a numeric value. When the button is clicked an input box called "Total" is updated with the new value. The problem I'm having is that if a radio button is checked and one clicks on it again then the onclick event is triggered.
Is there any way to prevent the onclick event from triggering if the radio button is already checked?

I have 3 radio buttons with the same name ("myradio"). The value of each is a different URL (eg. value="http:[url]...)I have a link underneath these (<a href="#">Send</a>). I would like the selected radio button's value to be inserted into the href of the link, and if the user selects a different radio button that this changes.

I'm pretty new to coding. I have a form with two radio buttons to choose from. I would like a custom javascript function (fillShowTypeCost) to automatically update a text field with the correct amount of money, based on which radio button is selected. I originally had this form done with checkboxes and it worked just fine. Since I switched to radios, I am completely lost. I have tried using an array search to determine which value is selected, but I must be doing something wrong, because it isn't working. My codes are below. (The PHP end of things are working great.)

I want my radio buttons to become submit buttons as well. So when a user clicks on a radio button it submits the action and refreshes the page accordingly. As of now using only using onclick="this.form.submit()" the page only refreshes with no change. Here is a copy of the entire form. It is a custom shipping options form (I did not create it).

I have a dropdown box that retireves the name of the accessory / customisation from a table and then populates the text boxes with details about the accessory /customisation.
I can do this with text boxes but i'm not sure how to do it so it automatically selects a radio button for me.

I want to automatically select a specific checkbox when a user clicks
(selects) a specific item in a radiobutton group. Both controls are in
the same form.
Let's say for argument's sake that the form looks like this
(inessential items left out for the sake of clarity):

I've learned HTML and CSS pretty thoroughly.I think I have most of the Javascript basics down as far as definitions, but I'm getting hung up on the actual coding.I'm working on an information request form for my fiancee's business site. In it, I want to have options that users select via radio buttons. Rather than having additional input fields static on the page, I would like to program some of the radios, when clicked, to open a previously unseen option where users will then be able to type in the necessary information.More specifically, since she only works in two states, I want a third option of "other," which,when opened, will allow the user to input any other state.Then, should the radio be deselected or reset, the field would disappear again.
If my understanding is correct, I think I will need to use a javascript function in the header, an HTML "div" section with ID, "onclick" and "offclick" events in the button mark-up, and the specific javascript code to call the function (getElementById?).

I am trying to set a radio button by a textbox value and also have the radio button be able to set the textbox. So the user can either select a radio button or enter in the text.
