If I have 3 contents let say, div id=content1, div id=content2, div id=content3 and a next and previous button.
How can I to create a simple jquery script to show the next or previous content when clicked on Next and Previous button ? Show only 1 content each time.
I'm using a jquery slider for displaying content on a webpage.

Like in the first examples i have 5 panels, and i have a meta navigation, contact, links ect. all thedifferent content for the meta-navigation is displayed via jquery in panel 5, and is working fine.
Now my question; when the user is for example on the second panel, and the clicks on links, the page should show panel 5 (which is the index page(default.asp)), and then show only the content for the links.
I tried different stuff for loading the defautl.asp page, but it doesn't work. how do i tell, that if i click on the link wirh class="kontakt" the page should load the default.asp, and THEN do all the jquery stuff?
Below is one example, what i tried, but did not work.
I have an image that when I click on it I want it to be hidden and content be shown. How can I do this?

i've a function that when i click on a link a div shows up, and it works nice, but when i click on the div itself the div closes up, and other "bug" is, that if i have 2 or more divs if i click on one link and click on other link the div's stays visible?

Is there a way I could change it to so it doesn't automatically close one when another is open? Meaning I would like to have multiple content areas expanded at once. I would also still want to be able to manual close them if I want.

how to write a script where when a link is clicked in the left nav column, it will display text in the right main column. So, when you first arrive to the page, nothing will appear in the main portion of the site. Content only appears after clicking on a link. I have this demo site here [URL] It's a simple div with overflow: hidden this containing div houses 3 divs each containing different content. The nav at the top scrolls the divs to show the div relating to the nav clicked. The problem I have is with the last btn - Planes. The div containing the planes photos doesn't scroll to the top of the containing div but sits at the bottom. The first two btns. work as expected so I don't understand why the last btn doesn't.

Unfortunately, it opens the "extra" dive but won't close it.
