I saw someone make a link for "1 2 3" with "javascript:GoToRecNo(30)" I don't realy know much about javascripting or php/MySQL.
Anyway, my question is...How can you "goto" a "RecNo" ? where is that RecNo? Atm, my "1 2 3" are link to a .html each...

Jan 9, 2010Is there a way to 'activate' an item in the list of items inside Scrollable? The thing I want to accomplish is this: call the api.seekTo() method inside a piece of javascript (this part works) and then visualy show the user what item in the Scrollable list it was that was sought. I know I can influence the appearance of an item clicked but what I do want is tell the scrollable to activate an item (and scroll if neccecary to bring said item into view). So clicking I understand, telling or programaticaly setting the item _without_ clicking and make it stand out (by using the activeClass property).
But I need the scrollable to goto the particular item, in this case my project is a dj timetable for times, so if its currently 2pm, goto that item in the scroller on start - of course, there's PHP involved, so that'll be used, I've already got the item classed as .active, all I need is the scroller to go to that item automatically.

Apr 8, 2009I am trying to find a tutorial and learn how to create an option list and when a user selects an option they are automatically directed to a new url. I'd rather not have to use a submit button, but i guess it would be nice to learnt that too.
The thing i'm having difficulty with is what function it would use? onchange, onclick etc. I'm not really sure what to search for, and how it is described.

JQuery :: Cycle Plugin - Can't Manage To Make The "goto" Working

What's happening is when I click on "test", it does show the alert but it does not go to the 4th slide. Instead, It acts as if it was the first call, therefore the slideshow starts again from the 1st slide with the default options.

Jul 13, 2011In the following .submit function, I am attempting to grab the value of the selected option in the facilityCodes dropdown list when I click the submit button and then during the submit function,select the facilityCode again in the dropdown list when the page reloads and then disable the list so that the user cannot change it.However,the situation is when I reload the page after the submit button is clicked the dropdown defaults to the first option and the list is enabled.I apparently am not understanding how.submit works so that I'm selecting the option I'm defining in my code below and then disabling the list AFTER the page reloads due to an error on the page. Jan 31, 2008I have a page with many forms that I need to change from a post to an ajax call. That part is working, no problem, but now I want to disable the submit button while it's waiting on the server response and then re-enable it when the response comes back.
