I am having 2 input fields. Both will have only the integer values. Its a minimum and maximum values. The condition is The minimum value of the 2nd input field should be greater than 1st input field. and 1st input field value should be minimum than 2nd input field. For that I tried with
I have a form where attachments can be added. Those attachment values will be wrapped into html code so it will be links. As they can click on a + sign to add more input fields, the amount of input fields is dynamic.
For each input tag there is, this value will be written to a hidden form field called "url" before it will be sent to the database.
Now it works and adds data to the database... but not for every form field apparently. Only for 1 new field..
I got an unusual request form a client. I got a form and I have to get values from certain input fields and assign them as a value to a hidden field and then submit it through php.I'm using mootools (1.11). I was tinkering around that for a day and wasn't able to solve it. Here is the html:

I am having a form with two input fields. I want to enter some text in the first input field and then the second field should get the same text. Is there a simple way (maybe a plugin) to do this with jQuery? It would be perfect if I even could output all these input fields values as normal text in <p> or <li> tags.
I need to count if a hidden input has a .com , a .net or a .org.I am thinking I need to use a filter.there are many inputs that may have these values. I need to find a way to just countthe input values that have these.how would I do this. Would I need to use the filter function in jquery?
How to make script to count currency rate1. WHEN name='amount', <- onchange (onkeypress) changes it's value it counts the INPUT VALUE * RATE2. rate is received by requesting URL, think it would be (from 2 fields: sell & buy, it's already done):
I have a list of products where they have minimum quantities in a hidden input. Some products have multiple colours, though the same minimum quantity and I'm trying to implement a jQuery check that entries made are at least equal to the minimum.
Blank or '0' entries are fine but if it's below the minimum quantity it should set to the minimum.
Is there something obviously wrong with this? It isn't performing the minimum check and I'm really not sure why.
I am trying to make some dynamic effect to a HTML page using JQuery.<br/> 1.<br/> When the user clicks a Radio field, the field will be highlighted.<br/> 2.<br/> When the user clicks the Radio 'Man', <br/>a Input text box will be provided immeditely just below it.
Here is my simple HTML page, but I don't know how to do with the JQuery part:
I have a js counter which keeps track of how many chars are in a field on an asp form. When the user clicks a button further down in the form, the form generates more fields. This also causes the js counter to reset to its original value, as the page is 'reloading' in a way. How can I check this value and keep it the same when the user clicks this button?
The following form validation script works, currently if one of the five fields are completed, a message appears the remaining field(s) must be completed etc. Although the information the user has inputted in the first field is cleared. How can this information be available, if there is one problem in the form it doesn't make sense that the user must re-input all the information again. I look forward to hearing your response,
Not exactly sure this is the right forum to post this but just to give it a shot.I am relatively new to programmming...I am currently working on a web appliation using MySQL DB and use PHP/SQL.I have a web form i have created. Copy the value from the [correct] text box to the Value=”” section of the now hidden field in the PayPal form That way, no matter whether they [BUY NOW] or [ADD to CART] the right size is submitted to the PayPal shopping cart. This is the actual PayPal code that I’m trying to change
I got this far, and then decided to find how to insert the "enteredVALUE" into the right place in the input text field (what I called output) and I've not been able to figure out how to stuff it in there.
So I have to ask some stupid questions and make sure that there is not something wrong in this simple syntax. I am trying to get input field attributes type and tagname by field ID. Heres the code..
When I look in firebug I see there is the correct ID in input_id variable and that the input field with that id exists. But for tag and type variables I just get 'undefined' for reason unknown.. syntax is correct or?
I'm trying to have a variable store the HTML in a div tag, but simply using var a = $('div').html() doesn't store the values of the input tags that lie within the div. how should I go about saving the HTML and the selected options and values of input tags to a variable using jQuery? Here is some example code:
