Atextarea in a rowspaned cells doesn't fill the subsequent rows ; except if a arbitrary string (a single character do)is put before the textarea. JQuery :: Cannot Get Columns With Rowspan To Not Be Included In Sorting (Tablesorter 2.0)
Aug 21, 2009I've been working on getting a table with a super header and sub headers to only sort by the sub headers. The example at [URL] shows this is possible but everytime I try to run the code the items in the top row are used to sort columns starting with 0. I've tried two different versions of jquery and re-downloaded Tablesorter twice now. It seems as if this should be easy and I'm just missing some amazingly simple thing.

Dec 19, 2010I'm trying to retrieve the number of "option" elements with the "selected" attribute set to true from a "select" control in the DOM. To ease my debugging I'm using the "alert" javascript tool to display the number of such options. Here is the javascript code :
alert($('#possible_rarities > option[selected="true"]').length); "possible_rarities" is the identifier of the "select" control in the DOM. Before launching the display, I have selected an option and checked that the "selected" attribute was set to true via Firebug. But the resut display is 0 after executing the script in Firefox. I do not meet this problem when running my script in IE.
HTML Rowspan With A Tree Table?
Sep 26, 2006I am trying to create a tree table (javascript code was adopted from
online source) but the rowspan in td tag does not work well when I
toggle the rows. Here is the sample code, notice the row "4" should be
in the Type 1 section (click on the arrow and expand it, it will
display correctly), but when it is collapsed, it is pushed downwards to

But, what is really confusing me is that with the exact same source code snippet inside wordpress here is not displaying the same output, the image does not span both rows? I am super confused by this behaviour. Has anybody ever run across this error before?

Every time the link is clicked it adds another number(previous number + 1). i have this but it definitely doesn't work function addnumber(X)[code]As it is now, the first click does nothing. JQuery :: Auto-Pagination Based On Max Height?
Nov 5, 2010I have the standard Pagination plug-in working with manual page breaks however I would like to improve on this and have a set height for each page. So I think I would need to loop through each <p> element, add the heights together, then once it hits a set value for height like 500px it would insert the page break element. I'm not worried about splitting up a paragraph so if it goes over a little on each page it's ok.
I don't know how to do this however. Is there a plug in that can accomplish this or does somebody know how to do this?
