I have a HTML form containing two text box controls in it and a submit button. When a user enters information in those two textboxes and click on submit, the information is sent to a function in Javascript. In the javascript, the information from those textboxes is stored in a javascript variable. The problem is as follows:When I am inputting string text in the html text boxes and in the javascript when I am trying to print those values, it is giving me out an error saying NaN. However when i input integer values in the text boxes it is printing those numbers. Is there a conversion that I have to do for the string to be printed. I am new to Javascript and need your help. This is a basic code of Javascript. Below is the code that I have.

I am not able to submit the page details in IE 6 since am getting Javascript error: "unknown name" while submitting the page. If i press submit button for second time getting javascript error "Permission Denied". I tried to submit the details in IE 7 aswell the same error occurs.But i tried to submit the page in FireFox, its worked great... submitted without any error and the details saved in the database.

I have a form with two basic radio buttons to confirm deleting a record from a database. But I also want to add an extra popup box to confirm a second time, just to be 100% sure this record should be removed from the database.
I followed a few articles I found from Google to get the code, but I have no expierence with JavaScript.I get a popup box when I click the button but it doesn't do anything. When the user clicks cancel on the popup box, I want nothing to happen at all. But when they click "Continue" I want the popup box to submit the form in its current state.
There is a lot of PHP and I'm not sure that I can even post all of it here, but this is the rendered page, so I think that is all that will be needed?Its ok the customer data is displayed on this code, its a sample database to test. The data isn't real.

To be clear:
1. The user presses DELETE on another page, and is directed to the delete_confirm.php
2. The customer information is displayed in a form.
3. The message is shown "Do you want to delete this record".
4. The user selects the "Yes" radio button and submits the form.
5. One additional security the user gets a popup box "ARE YOU REALLY SURE?"
6a. The user clicks "Continue" and the page is submitted. (PHP will handle accessing MySQL)
6b. The user clicks "Cancel" and nothing happens. They just stay on the delete_confirm.php page.
The form works fine with the submit button, but I wanted to add just one popup box as extra security.

On my form I have 3 submit buttons which handle different things.I am looking for a way to stop or continue form execution with a confirm box on the third submit button and the third only.I can't use onsubmit because that will trigger on all three buttons.

In the following .submit function, I am attempting to grab the value of the selected option in the facilityCodes dropdown list when I click the submit button and then during the submit function,select the facilityCode again in the dropdown list when the page reloads and then disable the list so that the user cannot change it.However,the situation is when I reload the page after the submit button is clicked the dropdown defaults to the first option and the list is enabled.I apparently am not understanding how.submit works so that I'm selecting the option I'm defining in my code below and then disabling the list AFTER the page reloads due to an error on the page. Before i submit my problem just to let you know i've been using jquery and javascripting for about a month or 2 now so i appologise in advance if this is something stupid. My main issue is that i want this to select from a database so i found out that you can get information from php files i just couldn't figure out how to get the variables it submits. Problem: Is there any specific format in which we can specify this information to gcc? Is it possible to embed this additional architecture specific detail, in .md files?[code]...
