I am new to JavaScript and would really appreciate any help to solve my
problem.
I am using the blow code in my form to validate form fields. What I
would like to accomplish is that if when the list/menu (attribute6)
value is "Ja" then to make the TextField Pas Nr (attribute4)
required. And if when the list/menu (attribute6) value is "Nee" to
make the TextField Pas Nr (attribute4) not required.
I have tried to adjust the code with no success. I give up and hope

Have you ever used google? If we typed somewords into it, then google would eventually appeared the suggestion words.... I wonder, if we use jquery or javascript manually, how to create the dropdown menu on that textfield? I mean, ya, how to create the suggestion list menu on that textfield....? since the plugin that jquery ~autocomplete has worked well but, I need some adjustment that not just receiving 1 type of values.

I know very little javascript, I am more familiar with php. I am working with javascript code, php/mysql backend and smarty templates. I am trying to get the textfield box to update with a variable from the database based on the selection from the drop down field. My dynamic drop down selection works fine, it is pulling the data from the database (example:$item[i].PARTS_RATE_ID}) just fine. But I want the textfield ('parts_price['+iteration+']') to dynamically show the $item[i].PARTS_RATE_COST from the database (in the parts section), associated with the $item array from the "parts description".

The list shows 10 items (max) on the page load. if there are more than 10 it changes the class of the elements > 10 so they are hidden, and a 'show more' link is appended. Now if the user has 'unhidden' the previously hidden items and then chooses one, I want the class for all those previously hidden items to change until the user has deselected that item.

I am trying to create submenus.But unfortunately I have much problems.
1. First of all when I use onmouseover on my links the submenu appears.But I am trying to click on economy and the submenu is changing ...
2. All the content div is being down when I open submenu.
3. In explorer, the communication link is in the bottom line.
I have a list menu on a form and some other fields which are text boxes. When I select an item in the list box I want the associated data to be populated in the text fields. The list box is dynamically populating ok and the database connections is working fine. I am using Dreamwever and believe this can be done with the server behaviours.
The aim is to be able to choose from the list box, then either edit or delete the associated record. Or maybe I am going about this the wrong way.
