Can Javascript Create A Html Page From User Input

I want to use javasript to create a new html page named from a text field in a form. Then I want to use javasript to copy all of the form fields to the new html page that was created using javascripting. I am creating a user are using a Javascript password login. With most of them the page is the user name or password. So this is why I am looking to do this. I use web 1000 a free host and they will only let me use javascripting.

I'm trying to create a 4 x 4 array filled with numbers input by the user. I then need to rotate the grid clockwise like I've shown below.
01 02 03 04
05 06 07 08
09 10 11 12
13 14 15 16
13 09 05 01
14 10 06 02
15 11 07 03
16 12 08 04
I made all numbers double digit just for show in the example so the table is easier to read. So far the code I have is just trying to create the array and fill with numbers from the user. This asks for a number once then doesn't display anything at all.

I'm trying to output an HTML page from a simple XML file, but I need to offer this as a service from a website, so users can browse and find the XML file on their local hard drives, and then generate an HTML page.
I think there are some security issues with HTTP not being able to access local files (ie. C: emp.xml) because it doesn't work when I browse to a local file from the website (files on servers work fine). Is there any other way to pass an XML file from local to a website?
I'm using the following javascript to load the XML file.

I'm working in iWeb (I had to say that first). I need to create (using JAVASCRIPT) a text box with a button. When the button is clicked, the contents of the box are added to the URL (the url is in the code, probably a variable, for this example it is mydomain.wordpress.com/) and the url produced loads. For example, if the text "Hello" was printed in the text box once the button is clicked the page mydomain.wordpress.com/Hello is loaded.

I'm just starting up in web design and I have an interesting challenge that I'm hoping can be solved w/java script. I have a site with an application form. When the form is to be submitted, the form data needs to be emailed to the correct person to handle that particular application. However, that can't be determined by anything specific in the form. It can only be determined by the link that they clicked on to get to the form. I really don't want to have 22 identical forms with just a different EmailTo addie, which is what the previous site developer did. Someone please tell me this can be done w/java script? I am trying to make a gui for clients to edit a php page that displays html and javascript.
I want the user to be able to move html elements around and even edit it like add effects like fade in and out etc.
Then after all the changes I want to overwrite the existing php file that does this for that user. how can you make such changes and then save it to a file?
It's an html / javascript editor but using a gui instead of allowing them to directly touch the code. It would be a security risk if I allow such a thing. So I need to program a interface that would make such changes and save them to file.
Like how can you delete and add new javascript code to the file?

I have to come up with a user authenication page the logs the user in and also gives them access to do the right things. I have attached the code and the access file and have got started on a few things.I first need to create a login page with the fields username and password have that check the access database and then proceed it to a page to do the following depending on the user access. For The Login button to even be enabled the username and password must have a value in it. I have no idea how to do that

On a single form, I need to capture the users input on this input box

I have files on the server: .txt, .xml, .config, and "no extension" - all editable with notepad.
User will write some input, it will be added to file in specific place.
I need an ability to change element value in file (in one of them - depends what user choose) (or it even can be some trigger word it-self like CHANGE_ME for not to use attributes)
Create a temporary copy of edited file and create a unique temporary link to it.
I don't know what to start from.... For now I know how to make XHR, but what to do with other extensions?
Have no idea how to save the NEW file (a copy of original file) on server , and create a UNIQUE link ,and delete the file right after it was downloaded.
I can find a specific word in xml file, but how to change it?[code]...
