I'm using this fantastic accordian here: [url]
It works great, but I'd LOVE to be able to set the tab image to another image (say, a lighter shade of green) once it's clicked. Just so the user knows which tab they're viewing.
I've tried looking through the three .js files to do this, but it's a little too advanced for me.

I use jQuery MsDropDown plugin to realise a combo box with icons. However, I need to use "title" attribute of the option to indicate the name of the icon. Also I can't use this attribute to write the text I want to show as tooltips.

I'm a php developer and have come across a mind boggling issue involving Javascript. I'm uploading images to a server without issue. They are being returned to the page in thumbnails.
The script works great but I can't get the links for the images that I've uploaded.
If I right click and view the image I can see the link on the server. How would I go about getting that link? If I look at the source code the link isn't present. Its a dynamically generated link for the uploaded image.
Being completely unfamiliar with Javascript
Here's the code I'm working with:
<input type="file" name="u" size="40" style="width:500px"/><br/>
</div>
<style type="text/css">
.flashUpload {width : 151px;}
</style>

I am allowing users to upload images using an input with a type of file. Ideally what I'd like to do is use Javascript to get the size of the image that their trying to upload and to error if the image is too large.I'm using php to resize the image, but I'd like to warn the user before they submit the form, so they don't have to go back and start again.

Now this code works on ios safari 4.2 and later but i can't get it to work on ios safari 4.1. On 4.1 it displays the canvas but will not draw the image. The debug console shows no errors. Is there anyway to get it to work, or is 4.2 the cut off point for even the most basic canvas operations?

I am new to javascript, and am having an issue, which I'm sure is elementary.. I found a script for expandable content, it suffices fine. As it stands, the script toggles images onclick. For example, whence the menu is collapsed, it displays "plus.gif" next to it, and when the menu is expanded, it displays "minus.gif" next to it.
Basically, what I would like to know is, thus: how would I change it to display text icons next to it? For example, in place of "plus.gif" I should like it to display "+" as actual text. I've dredged a number of places, however, I've found nothing. Furthermore, I cannot figure out how to do it.

Is there a native JS function to accomplish this?

I am trying to make different images hover over a table of sliced images when you mouse over a particular image. ex. mouse over image 1 = have image 1.1 hover over entire table of images in spot A; mouse over image 2 = have image 2.2 hover over entire table of images in spot B....ect. what i have so far only allows me to mouse over image 1 and have image 1.1 hover over entire table in spot A. Any time i try to move forward with more div's on other images it just jacks everything up.
Here it is: <html>

I am trying to incorporate Lightbox2's image gallery script into my site but I'm having difficulty.Here's where I'm accessing the script from: http:[url]....
The image thumbs are showing up but the larger images are not. I changed the 'body onload' html tag to window.onload as I'm using two different javascripts on this page and I don't want them to conflict.I've also added initLightbox() so I don't know what's wrong! Is there just an issue with the images or is there something wrong with the script.
<script type="text/javascript">
window.onload = function(){ // use this instead of <body onload …>
MM_preloadImages(MM_preloadImages('../3websites/home4.jpg','../3websites/amenities1.jpg','../3websites/inquiry1.jpg','../3websites/rates1.jpg','../3websites/photos1.jpg'); initLightbox()")
}
</script>

I found this perfect javascript for creating dynamic connected drop down boxes. This script works fine but there is just one thing I want to add but unfortunately I'm not familiar with javascript enough... I want to display small images when an item is selected from the second drop down. An image should be assigned somehow to each selection from the right hand drop down menu in the code and when someone selects something from the list, an image should be displayed next to it automatically.
