Flash Alternative To Putting An Animation With Sound On Web Page?
Sep 8, 2011I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but here goes anyway. My QT animation has sound that goes with it and needs to be timed accurately. Anyone have any ideas what I can use and able to have it play on most browsers, mobile, etc?Just to make it a little more difficult, I need to place the animation as an overlay on top of other page elements.Flash would be a solution, but I don't want to make into flash because it won't work on iOS..This is a simple animation of stick figures and no background. If I didn't need sound I would just elect to go with a gif format which would have worked perfectly in this case.

the first problem is that my menu must be named "id[2]2" which causes a problem due to the bracketed 2 and the 2 after. Is there any way around that?the second problem I forsee is that this will only work with 1 drop down box being unselected. I need a code that will give the warning if nothing is selected OR if something is selected in both drop downs.
Switch Menus That Only Show Up With Page Is Refreshed?
Mar 3, 2010I have several switch menus that are VITAL to my website's navigation. They all worked very well when I tested the pages in all browsers. However, I finally FTPed my site to the internet, now when you click a link from a switch menu, instead of staying opened due to the onLoad function in the body, they do not appear.
Strangely, the only way to get my switch menus to show is to refresh the page.

Dec 27, 2010implement 2 instances of superfish menus on one page? I would like to place a primary navigation menu above the header, and a secondary nav-menu below the header. I've "kind of" managed to do it with the help of Google and by reading quite a few blogs, but I think I'm doing it the wrong way by just duplicating the whole JS folder and renaming things.
Plus, I don't know how to style the menus. So, how would YOU implement 2 Superfish JavaScript menus on ONE page?

In IE 8.0.6 and 6.5 (not my machine but on coworkers machine) when link gets clicked, i get full path including the ID like "http://www.domina.com/folder/12345" where as on my machine i get the ID only when i do

Also, after saving it into a variable, asking the console what is in the variable it pulls up... <div id="chords" style="background-position: 1606px 50%; "></div>
Just that, in my mind, saving a set of tags to memory rather than searching for it every 40ms seems to be a better way of going about it. But if I try to do it this way I get given a... "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of undefined"

Putting HTML In The Middle Of A Function?

One of the variables is a Hyperlink.
It all works fine but I want the hyperlink to open as a PopUp Window, but not sure how to do it.
