I have pretty much completed my script but now what I want it to do is to add more forms/field when the "Other" radio button is selected. So when the Other button is checked, I want the script to display more fields/forms below. Only when the "other" button is selected. When "other" selected the script should display fields like "cheque", "cash", "Payment" etc.
I am trying to produce a web form to allow wedding guests to RSVP. The form allows them to enter a name and select from a radio button whether they will be attending or not. If they select the "yes" radio button then a further pair of radio buttons are displayed for their meal preference.
They can then click a submit button or they can click another button to add another line for another guest which operates in exactly the same way. I've almost got this working, but it seems that the checkbox change handler is lost for the current guest when a new guest is added and the checkbox value is reset. I've got a feeling I'm doing something stupid but can't for the life of me figure out what.

I'm trying to do a show/hide on a radio button click and I do have it working, but I'd like to make it more...extensible/independent of hard- coding children elements to show hide.
My dummy html structure is:
I left some commented out stuff at the top of the function, hopefully to give you an idea of what I tried.
In particular:
I was trying to get the first ul (the children to show/hide) on "this" (the radio button clicked). I'd like this to be flexible to where you could add more radio button/children and as long as the structure stays the same, the show/hide functionality works.
I am new to jQuery. I want to change the form on click of the appropriate radio button.

On clicking 'OS' radio button I want to get the 1st form and hide second one and on clicking 'Platform' radio button I want the second form and hide the first one.
I have got a radio button group. A click event have to reset it that the first radio button is checked again.

I have set up a JSFiddle to demonstrate what is happening:[URL]... Basically if All content types is checked already and is clicked when checked then searchAjax should not be invoked. It currently invokes the function. When it is not checked and clicked then it should behave as it is now (disable sibling radio button and uncheck all associated checkboxes).

And based on what radio button they select, I need to pass that variable to a div (at least that's what I want to use) and then show a list of videos that match the radio buttons value. Here's a sample page: [URL] (Fix the link; I can't post proper links until I've been here a bit longer.) I'm using the Greybox popup window library to display the feedback. I know the popups work if I use links, but I need the popups to appear when a the radio button is checked.
According to the Greybox reference [URL], the onclick event should have the form:

I want to be able to click on a checkbox (or a radio button) and have it reload the page, but also keep the item selected. The code I currently have reloads the page but does not check the checkbox or select the radio button. The code is:

The problem is the elements are nested and when I click on a child element, the parent element is highlighted as well. I would like the child to highlight only, but because the child is within the boundaries of the parent (i.e. you can't hover over the child without also hovering over the parent), the parent highlights as well.

And I have a couple of classes, like so:

What I want to do is apply the .highlight class to a sentence (not the entire paragraph) on hover, and apply the .strikethrough class to a sentence on click. It's easy to find a sentence using regex, but I don't know how to add/remove a span to just that particular sentence that is being hovered over. I know I could programatically wrap each sentence in <span>...</span> tags on the backend, but I was hoping there was a better solution.
