JQuery :: Does Not Work After Chang The Content Using A Php File?

I have a page which is php I have a table with 10 rows and a link for each row for more detail inside which onclick on that detail link a windows popup and show the detail of that row.i have next page which change those 10 rows to another using ajax by calling a php file to change the content of that table. every thing is ok and ajax will load everything but this time detail does not work and wont show the detail

A friend of mine gave me a script that does exactly what I wanted. It adds reminder text to a text box when the page loads and onBlur if the box is empty. The only thing I want to change is I want the helper text to also have style=color:#888888 and the user text to have style=color:#000000. I'm a complete novice and I know the work is pretty much already done but I don't know how to add a style change onto this code in an efficient way.[code]

I'm writing a script and I've encountered a problem.. I have a txt file with many words, each word in a different line. For example: the file words.txt contains:

I need to load the content of the file into a variable in my script. I prefer that all the words will be in the same variable with line breaks, but if you'll figure out a way to put it in an array, it's ok too. I really don't know how to do it, and I tried to google but didn't understand.. By the way, I don't want to change the txt file to js file, I need it to remain txt..

I am working on a page, which has menus on the left side in one div, that, when clicked should display a proper content on the right side, in another div. Since the content is rather long I have it in a separate file, so I am trying to come up with a function that will replace the right div contect with that external file content. I believe the function i should use looks something like this:

I have spent a lot of time googling about this but I'm not sure exactly what to search for. I use jquery ajax to send a request to the server and then new content for a specific div is returned that the script then places in that div. All links with the css class "link" triggers this request.
The problem is that the returned content contains links with the css class "link" and they will not trigger the request. I'm guessing this has something to with that the script does not know about these new links that were added. Because the script runs when the page loads and only knows about the links that were on the original page.
How can I make the script ready for the new ones that are async added into the page?

I wrote a small script that animates, loads content from a PHP script into a div, then animates again. It works splendidly in firefox, but for some reason, in IE, it won't load fresh content from the PHP file, even if I reload the page. Given that the PHP works fine in Firefox (and I've tried clearing variables in it),[code]I realize this looks odd, but another strange quirk is that it won't load the content when I first load the page unless both of the functions are written that way. Maybe if you have a suggestion to clean up the code as well, I could implement it.

cannot get intellisense to work in some this .js file but I can in others.I am using vs2010 web app. Do I need the (function ($) {.......and the })(jQuery); at the beginning and ending of my external non obtruse .js file. If not, how should I start and end an empty .js file? here is what I have, it works but intellisense does not but using the same reference at the top, intellisense works in other js files

I've been using the form plugin to process some data in a form and was working perfectly until I added a new input (type="file") to upload images, for some reason now the plugin wont go past the beforeSubmit: section, the weird thing is that if I change the field type to text it works perfectly.Is it something I'm doing wrong? Or do I have to do something else with file type fields?

I'm trying to create a new portfolio website and I've setup the framework the way I'd like to have it. I have some slight animation through the use of jquery, but because I want to preserver that animation availability (on click) I'm needing to do the amateur thing and swap content out in a div - similar to if I were to use an iframe *shudders*.
When you come into the site, you click on a link, and the nav moves up, and the content window opens, displaying the content for the link selected. When you click on the other links, the content simply changes. This all works as of current. The problem is though, once that new content is loaded into the main content display div, the assigned js and/ or jquery does not work.
The page is live, and can be seen here if you click on the 'about' link, it shows the about page, but has all of the information expanded. If you look at the about page directly,[url] it has some light js that allows the headings of the resume to expand and contract - BUT it doesn't work when loaded into the content window. [code]...
