JQuery :: Calling Bublepopup Function Into A Dynamic Control?

i used to use the jquery.bublepopup.v2.3.1.min.js to build my buble popus in different forms. Now it is getting lit bit complicated as i want to call one bublepopup in one of my dynamic textboxes..and i am stack there. in general when using form , i include the jquery script . on the header of the page and just call what i want in a DIV or textfield class i.e<input id="text1" class="jquerypopupfunction">
inthe dynamic side, i know how to call a class in javascript dynamic mode. i tried to do the same as above but it did not work
I have to create a dynamic html block that can hide and show text, anchor tag is used to hide/show the block, which is also dynamically generated, so I have to call anchor's tag click event using live function, but within that click event I have to look up for immediate next div control which will hide/show. my code is somewhat like below I am comment the line of code which is not working

I am writing one function for product of two number. I am sending two textbox name with appending its rowid as variable to the function.will it possible to pass this dynamic variable to any function ? In below code, On event Onkeydown, I am calling funcion product with three iput dynamic variable. when i run this code,html page does not show any rows in grid.
I have a form button with id="submit". When pressed, ClickGeocode(credentials) is called. This works fine and dandy with: $('submit").click(ClickGeocode) Despite there being no indication that the function takes an argument 'credentials'. So when I want to call the function at some point in my code, I should be able to do something like ClickGeocode(credentials) ... no? However, my issue is that credentials isn't once defined in my code - it is part of Bing Maps function... like so:
function ClickGeocode(credentials) { map.getCredentials(MakeGeocodeRequest); }
So why does it work using .click(), and how can I call the function without user interaction (simply somewhere in my code) even if 'credentials' is not defined?
I have a function that dynamically creates links for a photo gallery. The function also produces a larger image as a background image of a div when and thumbnail is clicked on. What I want to do is have a third event, where if the user clicks the enlarged image in the div, the jQuery Fancybox loads an even bigger version of the image being displayed in the div. The problem is that the link for the anchor tag I'm using is created dynamically, and I know that Fancybox parses the HTML when the DOM is ready...unfortunately my function changes the DOM by appending the anchor tag for the full sized image. I need is using the Fancybox's options to specify the href attribute for the plugin.

i have some pictures in a page. there are have difference sizes. some of them are too widen for be arrange in a line. so i been tried to adject their sizes to more suitable.
i add a event to that image likes: <img id="img" onLoad="adjustSize(this)" src="123.jpg">
and write a function in javascript: function adjustSize(obj){ if (obj.width>250){ sizeRate=250/obj.width; obj.width=obj.width*sizeRate; if (obj.hight>268) obj.hight=268; }}
but exactly,i can get the image's width and height. cuz the loading hasn't finished while the function of adjustSize works.
I am creating an application in which I want to keep refreshing a jsp file and in that jsp file i need to keep calling another url of type www.daniweb.com/receive.jsp?a=xxx&b=xxx and save this url in database. Here the url keeps changing in every second ie. values of a & b keeps changing.
I have been able to keep refreshing the jsp file but unable to call another dynamic url in it. Please tell me how to do it in my jsp.
Code: formedit.field.value with this piece of code, i can access a value of a field inside a form. problem is, when i loop, i do this in naming my forms
formedit_1 formedit_2 etc..
on my link, i do this

but i cant access the proper value. what i would like is that if i pass id=2, then the value from formedit-2 will be taken, if i pass id=1, then the value from formedit_1 will be taken. but i cant make it.. i tried this

I have 2 javascript files: 1 containing generic functions for my site used sitewide and another for a particular web page containing just the javascript for that page. The page is also calling the jQuery javascript file.
What I want to do is have a javascript function in my main javascript file which uses features of jQuery such as show, hide etc. and then I want to call this javascript function from the other page specific javascript file.

I cant control the function between the outer and inner fuction. as I use a top.out1() in the children object. I cannot call the function run within the $(document).ready(function() { function inner1(){alert("alertinner")}} the question is:
1.How can I call the function inner() directly by the object children svg page?
2.How can I call the function inner() by the function outer1()?
3.How can I call the function outer2() by the function inner()?

The function setEqualHeight(columns) fires on document.ready and works well. However, in the second function (the tab function) I would like to to call the setEqualHeight function in order to recalculate the div heights again. I would like to do this in the "onclick function". How?
I see some examples about how to append text to the bottom of your content on an html page.In my head I was thinking I could call append(php file here) and have it go out, do the php and then append it to the html.I just am not sure how to have a .php file do something and then append it to my html content.I have it like this.

It's called "Confirm override". This function is called through a click on the button or on the link. Now I want to call this function onload I dont' have really a clue, how to manipulate the current script to make the correct changes.

Bit of a newb to jquery. I have got a jquery slider effect nestled in some tabs. Each tab has one slider in it. When the page initially loads it loads the effect in the first tab only. On clicking the second tab the function isn't called and remains displayed without the effect.
I'm quite new to Jquery, so I need some sort of advice. I'm working on a webbased application with a webservice. First it was a simple html site, but later I started using Jquery. Data is inserted in some forms, this I can easily validate through the validator. Now after all the data is ok, it's send to the webservice through the C#-code. Some calculations are being made with the data and a dataset is returned. Now some errors can occur while doing the calculations. I can't get some manual error in the errorbox of the validator. Is it possible to let the validator run some c#-function so I can see if the data is correct? Or can I set a unvisible checkbox to true/false through the c#-code so the validator check this box? A problem with both is, that the validator runs when I click on the "Next"-button. After the validaton, the function starts, so if I set the checkbox to false, the validator won't even notice. Anyone knows a handy approach for this?
I have a jquery plugin for an image gallery, and i'm trying to tweak it to be able to change the shown image via a drop down menu.
In the .js file I have this working function:
My issue is, how do I call this from within my html file?
I've moved the function into my html header and called it succesfully.. but only the alert occurs... The problem seems to be that once called it doesnt know what gallery.gotoIndex(1, false, true); means and goes nowhere...
So I come back to the issue of how do I call this when it sits within the jquery plugin.js?
Also I want to be able to pass the drop down menu selection value to the function... would this work?
I've got two scripts that are loaded from external files. The first script needs to call a function from the other, but I don't know how to make it happen. Right now I just get an error that the function doesn't exist.
I will like to know if there is anyway to view all the rules that I have currently in the Jquery validation plugin. Currently, I am trying to add in rules dynamically through the rules(add) function after adding some dynamic fields through the user inputs. the rules are added in this manner.
This is a very basic version of what I am trying to do. I have a dynamic list which is set in a table. When clicked, a function is run to set up a new list.. The reason I explain that, is that I need to keep it dynamic.Now for the problem:When I run this page, I have the button made right away, then when clicked it creates the new button. The new button should also run the function to create the new button again, but when I click it, I only receive "error on page".
