I have a vague idea of what might be going wrong but I have no idea what I should be doing instead. I have been asked to make some changes to a form that uses Javascript for the form validation. There is a 'function' that contains the variables of the various form fields and then further code to raise 'alerts' if one of the fields on the form hasn't been filled in. My problem is that for some reason I am unable to add an extra variable to this code after the field of 'County' (this will hopefully make sense when you see the code / link...) and I am stumped as to why. I am able to add variables for all of the other required fields except for 'Postcode' after 'County'. This is the case for both forms. The link is here: [URL] and the code I am trying edit is below. Is there a way of controlling (i.e., using windows.open ) which screen

I have this code that I use to display and grab data from 2 tables in mysql into 2 dropdown menus.
When I select in dropdown menu 1 an item (with ID in database, the first table has fields: ProgrammaID, Programma).
Then in de second dropdown menu the particulair item with this same ID as the selected one in menu 1 need to be shown. The second table has fields: ProjectID, ProgrammaID, Project.
The ProgrammaID from table1 is also in table2 (designed by our previous designer).
Now I can select an item from dropdown menu 1 but the second dropdown menu isn't shown the items as should be.

I finally got the below script working in Firefox and was really pumped about it until I realized it didn't load in Google chrome or Safari. What this script does is its a dual onclick event which makes a hidden div appear and loads an iframe within the now visible div. Here is the code, how to make this work in other browsers.

What I would like to do is when the user clicks the Attack button, perform a function that takes the monster's hp ($hp) and subtracts from it the character's attack combat value ($acv1).

Im trying to do the following thing, I have a function in javascript which I want to use to call anAJAX event, during this event the variable that is set in the function needs to be passed to the file called by the AJAX event. Basically I create 2 different versions of the same stuff inside the AJAX called files using the variables. But im running into some cross browser related issues, this all works fine in FireFox.
