Kill Cursor Follow
Sep 20, 2006My goal is to create a mouse action that makes an image follow the cursor, but ONLY when the cursor is above another element (in this case another image). If I just add "onMouseOver="cursorInit()" it works great to start the object once the cursor is over the second image, but how do I make the event die onMouseOut? I think I need another function, but I don't know how to kill these events. Code:

Nov 7, 2011I was wondering how and I tried creating a div that is a child of a div with its same width, but the length of the entire page.So in a way it is like a scroll-bar except the user can not move down the page by holding the smaller inner div (square). The small square just moves down its container as the mouse moves down to The bottom of the page.but since The square inner div is in a container, with the same with, it can not and will not be able to move horizontally.

Mouse Over - Mouse Icon Turns To A Cursor
Jul 23, 2009I have a site at: [URL] If you notice at the bottom, you'll see PREV :: NEXT navigation links. When you mouse over them, the mouse icon turns to a Cursor. Does anyone know how I can revert this back to a regular mouse "hand" icon for better usability purposes? The cursor is not intuitive, imho.

Apr 11, 2011Where I work there are certain dates where nothing can be done, certain times where work can be done with caution, and dates where work can be done. I want to put on the site a traffic light that would change colours based on the calendar dates where work can/can't be done.
For example, if April 11th there is stuff to do, the traffic light would be green. But April 12th, there isn't work to do, it would turn red. Do you know how I would go about doing this?

You can see on my practice page that the three main sections (on the right) are all different sizes. The rightmost section has a big block of text but it is all cut off after 600px (which is what I have it set as).
Since this will be for a blog there will be different sized pages with every click but I can't seem to find a way to have the elements default the height based on the amount of content.
The accordion script uses MooTools and you can see everything I've done on my development page.

What code would I need to insert in order to make the cursor go to the first line of a form (text box) when someone clicks on an image 410 x 162 px? I'm trying to accomplish this on the home page of e-workerscomp .net. There's a picture of the U.S. It needs to go to the first line of the form when clicked.
There's no need to make each individual state take the cursor somewhere.
