the first problem is that my menu must be named "id[2]2" which causes a problem due to the bracketed 2 and the 2 after. Is there any way around that?the second problem I forsee is that this will only work with 1 drop down box being unselected. I have been looking for this all day - Change currencies throughout the page when choosing between countries or currencies from dropdown menu. What I basically need is a dropdown menu which shows countries or currencies. When you select anyone of it like USD all the prices throughout the page are changed to USD. Now if you change it AUD/CAD/PKR etc they will be changed accordingly.

[URL] If you visit that page, it has 2 drop down menus embedded in each other. One is under the name "destination weddings" and within that, there is one named "Historic Wessex Packages". It runs on a JS script (which I am currently modifying) called slide.js. The problem is that if you go to one of the other pages (like Contact Us) then slide down the destination one, then the historic one, it doesn't cope with the dynamically changing height and fails.

On preview from Dreamweaver CS4, in Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome, all elements work properly and the dropdown menus work as well. However, when I upload it to my server at the domain URl..., the dropdown menus do not show up on rollover. I don't know what is going on. The .js file and .css file are both appropriately linked to the root folders as well.The dropdowns are supposed to be displayed under 'online resources' and 'citing your work'

1. Example of three tier (3 dropdowns required only):Scooters (dropdown 1)Three Wheel Scooters (dropdown 2)

If the user wants to submit their interest for one of the products, I need to have at most 3 dropdown menus. So in Example 1, I would have 3 dropdowns in my form. I have code for autosuggestion while typing in a text box written in Javascript and PHP. When I start typing a number I get a list of matching numbers and I'm able to select one of them with the mouse click. Now I have an other text box which should display a list of numbers based on the selection from the first textbox.

Using the checkboxes, I'd like to give visitors to my site the ability to decide which columns of data they want to hide or display.
After they've made their selections and pressed an "OK" button, I'd like to display the remaining contents of the CSV file as a table in a seperate windowThe next part is very Excel like..At the top of each column, I'd like to include a series of drop down menus that visitors to my site can use to filter the list further.In my case, I don necessarily know every possible value for any given column. For example, imagine that one column contains city, another state and the third contains zip code. I could assume all 50 states in the union, however the actual data might also include Puerto Rico and the US Virgin islands. Or I might assume every zipcode in the US, however the actual data might include zip codes for Canada, etc... For this reason, I would like to populate the drop down menus dynamically.
At this point I have been able to add the row. But what I want to do and am having trouble with is alternating the row colour to the dynamically added row element.

Im having trouble with this code. I have tried two versions, the first does nothing and the second works but it adds a listbox and not a dropdown menu. Im not sure what the deal is but I just want to add a dropdown menu dynamically when I click a button or link, I have that part coded, Im just having trouble getting the element right. I have 2 drop down list that are populated through mysql. They both contain data upon initial page load. However when you select an option from drop down #1 it populates drop down 2 with data associated to it. I created two drop downs, where the second one dynamically updates according to first selection. Now I jus have 2 members in first drop down and 20 in second drop down. I hard coded using javascript. But by the end of this year the number increases to 100's, then we cannot hard code it. I use html,javascript,jsp for the webpage. Is there a way to populate the dropdowns with data in a text file where they can update the text file with new members.
