I am new to Java scripts. But at my job, my boss asks me to come up with a calculator that calculates the number of weeks on our website. But I want two calenders where in the first one the user will select the start date and in the second one, the user will select the end date. And There will be one last button that says"calculate" and a text box to display the number of weeks.

I want to calculate the number of days between two dates.
Date is in the below format:
First Date : 2010-09-27 05:00:00
Second Date : 2010-10-1 08:00:00
For my website i would like to display the age of my son in years,
months, days and hours.
For now i manage to get a result for totals. Like the total number of
days.
This is the beginning:

I have searched Datepicker, the forums and the internet in general to find the way to determine the number of days between two dates using Datepicker. My inputs are named: Starts, Ends, Days. I found the code below, but cannot get it to work.

For a project that would be too hard to explain, I am working with date ranges. There is a begin date and an end date. With those two variables, I need a function to calculate the number of months between both dates. To be more precise, I need a count of all unique month names in the dates (or month numbers if that is easier) where the range includes the beginning date, the end date, and all dates in between. So I am not looking for full months or an approximation. If only, say, one day of a given month is included in the date range, that adds a month. Also the range can span several years, january 2010 and january 2011 need to count for two different months.

If the number is 3 in the text box, then the user can only select 3 buttons, if more buttons are selected then it comes with an alert message saying user is beyond limit deselect a button to be able to choose another button.

I'm trying to figure out how I can have a script add up the number of radio buttons selected for each category. For example, on a test, I'll have three options for each question. I want to add up how many A's are selected, how many B's are selected and how many C's are selected for each question.

how can i limit the number of checkboxes selected? I am looking for a max of 15 selections.
i've been able to set the max when the checkboxes are not stored as an array, but for simplicity storing as an array is the way i need to go.

I think the variables are within the scope of the function too, and I didn't get an errors from the javascript console when using firebug. I have this script that is supposed to check if a number the user guesses is the same as the randomly generated number.Problem is that the random number generated at the start of the program keeps on changing everytime I click on the "Check if I'm right" button, the random number gets generated again and I never ever get to reach the correct answer
