JQuery :: Flexigrid Grid Control Users - Not Actually Implementing Paging Filter On Data In Grid
Jul 13, 2011I have a question for flexigrid jquery grid control users.
I am able to display json data returned from my WCF service in my Flexigrid in my application.
The paging toolbar displays correctly and it's clear that the paging toolbar understands how I've configured it.
However, the grid is not actually implementing the paging filter on the data in the grid. For example, the paging toolbar says "Displaying 1 to 10 of 12 items". However, all 12 items are displayed in the grid.
I guess I'm missing a config setting or callback. Any idea what the problem might be?

1.When a userscrolls the gridview downwards fresh data is retrieved from a web service and appended to the grid.
2.Clicking the checkbox of a row selects the current row and creates a clone rowand appends it toa bottom grid.
The Problem:
The problem is that clicking the selected checkbox does not append it to the grid at the bottom. Now the funny part is that the data which is displayed in the initial load is appended to the bottom grid when checked but the fresh Data which is loaded is not appended to the bottom grid when checked.

based application). The barcode labels are very small, so I'm guessing
that doing a screendump via a standard inkjet isn't going to work

My basic premise is that vowels and digits make for a place to pause momentarily (90ms) during reading. If it reads too fast or slow, you can adust the delay factor accordingly.
I haven't tested this on other browsers yet.

Currently, parts of it are cut off.After some research I came across the idea of placing an iframe below the submenu to force it to stay on top. As the topic suggests this is called an "iframe shim" and I have been some what successful. See this basic example one submenu is shown on page load because i plan to take screen shots of it) The only problem is that it doesn't work in opera. I have tested it in chrome and firefox and they are working. One Grid Displays Numbers, True Or False And Yes Or No, And The Other Grid Displays Letters, True, False, Yes And No?
Feb 15, 2012I have two grids, they both display buttons. One grid displays numbers, true or false and yes or no, and the other grid displays letters, true, false, yes and no.
The second grid is not displayed in the code (used css to not display second grid buttons (.answerBtns)) Now using the getButtons() function, if the user selects button "1" in first grid (the grid which you have to open using (Open Grid) link, then it should display button "A" in second grid, if user selects button "2" in first grid, then it should displays buttons "A" and "B" in second grid, if "3" then display "A", "B" and "C" and so on.
Now except using if statements and stating which buttons should be displayed and not displayed depending on the button chosen in first grid, is there a more efficent way of coding this so that the display of buttons in second grid depends on what is selected in the first grid?
If it is using an array can somebody show a sample of this in their answer. You can just do it for one example and then I should be able to use that to fill it for the other buttons.
Get Data From Url And Write To Table?
Feb 23, 2010getting data from a url and placing it into a table. I am trying to get the daily threshold securities list that is published daily on the nasdaq site. The data published today is for yesterday's threshold securities. The url changes everyday according to the date eg: [URL]. The script that I managed to hack together does get the correct url everyday, but I am unable to insert the data into a dynamically created table. Here is what I have so far:

Mar 30, 2006I am trying to develop a function where the user rolls over the days ( all inside their own <td> ) inside a table of a single month calendar. And when he clicks on a day, it get its color permanently changed until he choses another day for focus. I tried onMouseOver, onClick and onMouseOut, but I just cannot find a way for it to lose focus on the day last clicked when I click anew.
