I'm updating one form in an iframe, with another in a main page. That
works fine, th probliem is how to submit two forms with one click.
For now i get an error "permission denied" how can i fix this ?
BlockUI is not submitting forms! Did I do something wrong? Please help by pointing me to the right direction.[code]

While in firefox the go button is greyed out and enter doesn't submit the form in IE pressing the enter key submits the form.
Is there any way with a bit of javascript to stop IE from doing a form submission on enter but only for this form (since there are many more on the site)

I've a page that has 2 forms. If the user clicks the bottom form the validations appear and everything goes red but the Top form is a required field but it doesn't as it's a separate form. How can I validation form0 and form1 together to show to the user the required fields. When the user clicks form0 it goes over to a pagedLIst, the user returns and textfield gets populated with the product that as selected. So when they hit form1, that value gets passed through as a hiddenfield..

Where the inputs sum1 and sum2 are text fields you put whatever numbers you want in. That works fine. Great. Now what I'm having trouble with is modifying the code so that it will add one form with an input number with a form that spits out a randomly generated number.

This is what I'm using for my random number generator. So basically I want to be able to put, say, 5, into the input text field above this. And then click on the d20 button to get a random number, say, 15, and then have the first code add the inputted 5 with the randomly generated 15.
I cant really figure this out, the only thing i could see messing it up is the javascript:void(0) inside the anchor link but since there is a double click function and a click, it should only be one click.I put autoOpen which i think is also causing it, but i did that so theuser can open it, close it, and open it again so the delay "double click" is saying for the first time initialize and then the second click is opening?? if so how do i get around this?

There is a checkbox on a form page, when you check it, a div will become visible with some extra inputs needed for that situation. To simulate this click on the checkbox external, I use click(). With jquery files 1.4 and lower this works properly and like expected. When using jquery library 1.4.1 or higher, something does not seem to work properly. Sooooo, the code:

Somehow I managed to get this thing 'sort of' working with 1.4.1 or higher. But the code to accomplish this is absurd. See functioncheckTheBox4Plus() on line 8. It works :) but shouldn't.. Or is it the other way around?

It's designed to run only on PCs running windows 2000 + and IE 6. I have tested it on several PCs without encountering any problems. However, when I run it on my own PC the pop-up simply loads an about:blank page and the action page opens in a new window, so I'm left with 3 windows instead of 2.

"autosave" functionality. I have two frames, one that holds tabs
displaying different pages a user can select, and the other that holds
the page content itself. If a user clicks on another tab without
clicking the Submit button, I want to submit the current form for them
and do some further processing.
The problem is that top.framename.formname.submit() only works
sporadically. Sometimes the document object of the page frame does not
exist. Is there any way to "guarantee" that the document object will

I'm trying to submit form data to mysql. The POST form action calls the .js file, which make a request to the http server, which connects to the database, executes a php script via URL and submits data to be entered. The php script executes inserting data into database, then redirects the page following execution of script. After, submitting the form, the page redirection in the php script works but no data is entered. Trying to figure out why. Here is my httpRequest.

I need to create a program that automatically sends websites to a free translating site (the part where it asks you to input a url for website translation), and automatically redirect the user to the translated site. The problem is that if the validation returns true the script just stops and doesn't run the other two functions.

This functions great, but when the form is submitted the fields that rely on the script are not transmitted. I am using FrontPage for my forms and would like to continue, if possible. The fields "Option1" & "Option2" are the fields that aren't being submitted correctly. If I don't select these options then EMPTY is submitted, correctly.
