Required Naming Syntax Breaks Functions - Move Items From One Select Window To Another

I have 2 select windows and have a function to move items from one select window to another. That was working fine until I had to change the names of each box in order to be able to post the select window as an array in PHP.

I have my page here [URL]. There is a tab system on the page that uses javascript. View the source the see the javascript file (tabber9.compressed.js). Now, on my end, I am adding some tracking code. The code looks like this:

The problem is, when I add this code to my footer, it breaks the tab system. The tabs don't work any more. I am not a JavaScript expert by any means (or else I would have known what the issue is! lol) but, I guess it has something to do with the window.onload function? I say that because I see the window.onload code in the tabber javascript as well.

My data (that does not need to be secure) is stored in a json array. If I include the file [2nd block below] in the head of my page with:

i have found a possible bug in 1.4 but it's only in Internet Explorer 7 & 8.The following code does not work and completely ruins every peice of jquery on the page (that means everything inside $(document).ready and anyting else...

I cant see any syntax errors - i pulled the example from the 1.4 site. There is no trailing commas in the object notation and i really cant see any reason it would work in firefox and not IEx and more to the point not only not work in IEx but break any other jquery in the entire page....

I have a form populated by PHP and MySql and I am trying to get the values returned. I have amanged to be able to move the items from one list box to another and get the values of the second list box. What I need now is the values of the items added to the second list box and the values of the items removed from the second list box. I have created a form with 2 list boxes and coded to allow a user to move items from one list box across to another.
What I need to do now is
1. to send the completed right list to a php page for database updating.
2. be able to have up to 3 list box sets on one page and reference each individually. i.e one for parent categories, one for child categories and one for products belonging to this category.

I have the below JS code to change up a select box based on what is selected in another select box. IE9 broke this somehow. It still works in other browsers as well as IE8 and IE7.
When you select something in select box A, it properly populates select box B. However when you go back and change select box A again the script stops working completely.

A dynamically created html page contains a body tag with a single (filled)
table in it. Sie size of the table changes in a wide scale (from 5% to 150%
of the screen size independent in height and width.
The page is displayed in a popup window opened either via an onclick-event
or a href anchor (depends on the navigation). Now the obvious problem is
this:
When choosing a fixed window size things look silly most of the time. Either
you have a nearly empty window or you have to scroll all the time...
So I want to resize the window. Resize it to what size? The size that is
required by the pages content when redered in the browser. That's all :-)
-- hmmm -- I tried around quite a lot with scrollHeigths, offsetWidth and so
on, but there does not seem to be any more or less reliable solution.,
Especially not when trying to make stuff usable for different browsers.
Does anyone have a hint what else I can try, where I could look?

I'm having problems with a Javascript 'Lookup' function.
Basically, I have a select menu 'Customer' which triggers a 3 JS functions, to populate 2 extra select menus.
Using IE Developer Tools, during debugging, I get this error: Expected ';' Error
This relates to either: eval(ajax_CustContact[index].response); OR eval(ajax_CostCentreContact[index].response); (it's a bit random, as sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't)
I have tried changing the 'custid' to 'custname' to check whether it was an integer causing the problem, but had the same problem.

I was not able to make two things on this js. First one, if there is a same item on the boxes, the js must not move over item.(no duplicates on boxes) Second, if the move item is " All", the right box must not contain other items. Else move item is other than " All" then right box must not have " All"
