I have 3 divs
Now say my page is 800x600
So when the page loads #div1 and #div3 height = 390px and #div2 height = 20px;
What i want is when #div2 is draged it resized #div1 and #div3
E.G
So when that happens i want #div1 = 290px and #div3 = 490px
And vice versa now this is the code i have for my site
But this dose not work for me its never setting #dragBar top to 0px and not resizing any thing.
I have found out that doing a window.resizeTo(w,h) does not resize the
client area tot his size, but the entire window (including tool bars etc).
So, with an address bar, a tool bar and a status bar etc showing, the
window.document.body.offsetHeight value will be ~200 points smaller than the
required size.
We have a simple set of data in a table, but it can resize based on a font
size.
On change of font from a combo we call a resize function.
How can I ensure that the body.offsetHeight and widths are enough to show
all of my table, without hard coding for toolbars etc (Because they may not
be there on some browsers.)
Is there a way like in java to *pack* the client area to best fit?
I started developing a website that for many aspects should be similar
to a Flash website but of course only in JS. What a challenge! An

I have 3 divs (boxes) next to each other, I can input text via a textarea to each. I need all 3 to resize - be the same size on text overflow - so if box a gets 100 lines of code and resizes, the other 2 should follow. I have written this js, and added it to the button which moves the text to the boxes (to the onclick)

So is there a way to keep the slides align center after you resize the window usingthe cycle plugin? or is there another plugin that i can do that? I have been trying to do some tooltips for a website and desperately wanted to learn something new and do that with jQuery.However, every time a mouse hovers over a tooltip, all hidden divs are shown, not just the one that supposed to. Here's my html:

I'm looking for some javascript to work with wordpress (jQuery preferrably) that will show/hide multiple divs on one click.
I had one working but it was kinda janky because it was causing me to have two divs with the same ID on one page. No good.
Since I updated to wp2.8.3 prior to launch, it's not working. So I've decided to just try and do it right.

So, what I want to happen: On page load, the first tab: "general" and it's corresponding div beneath should be showing. And the first image should be showing. The other content divs and images should be hidden. I've given the text content divs a dashed border to show their borders. When a visitor clicks "dine at home" the general div and image hide, the second content div shows, as does the second image (it's currently the identical image, but the client may change later.) Etc.
I'll be using this function on a few other pages as well.

I was developing a very simple application, just for training some Ajax. It works like that:
» I make a search using Ajax and it gives me a list with a lot of cities according to their state;
» After receiving the data, I can only manipulate the first DIV (that contains the city data).
The problem is that the city boxes (DIVs) has the same ID and, when the jQuery function is set (to send the address to an input that will make a search through Google Maps API), it only works for the first DIV. Then, if I search new cities, it works, but the same manner :(

I have a form with 12 fields. This form submits the information for registering a student for courses that we offer. Currently, it only handles one registration at a time and is kind of clunky.I want to present the user the capability to register more than one person at a time. Essentially adding multiple users' info at once before submitting the form.I also want to have an area above the form that shows a list of people that they enter in a select,which will later be modified to have checkboxes so they may remove them, if needed.
